What is the cancellation policy?

Are there any age restrictions for the tour?
Please refer to the trip page to know more about the age restrictions. Generally, the adventure tours are planned for those above 12 years of age, while some sightseeing tours can also accept infants and children.
What is the maximum group size?
At Explore Shikoku, we are focusing on personalized, small group tours to ensure the smooth tour operation and the best services. For that reason, we have determined the maximum group size of 8 participants in each tour. If your group size is bigger, please contact us more than 6 months in advance for smooth bookings.
How can I contact customer support during the tour?
You will be given a specific phone number, which can be contacted during your tour.
The phone number will differ tour by tour, as all the tours are created and managed by Explore Shikoku local team members of each area, who have the best access to their areas.
